All sales are final once an order has been placed and shipped.

If you receive an item you’re not fully satisfied with, you are welcome to contact us to discuss a partial refund option, as outlined below.

If you are unhappy with your order, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your item at contact.evoraq@gmail.com, and we will work with you to make it right.

  • Instead of returning the item, you may keep the product, and we will refund you 50% of the purchase price as a gesture of goodwill.

  • To qualify, please send us your order number and a clear photo of the item you received.

We hope this helps minimize inconvenience while avoiding the need for expensive and lengthy returns.
